Falling in Love with Poetry!

Posted by:

We are thrilled to announce our next production: When Love Speaks, a sizzling hot verse play by David Wright, with an assist from his buddies Will Shakespeare, Mighty Chris Marlowe, “The Benster” Jonson, Queen Elizabeth (the First, of course), and many other wanton wordsmiths.

Four people meet at a resort at the edge of the world. They fall in and out of love, woo and argue . . . all while speaking some of the best (and some of the worst!) love poetry ever written.

When Love Speaks opens February 10 and runs through February 25. It’s the perfect Valentine: there is a performance on Valentine’s Day—as well as dates both before and after, when it may be easier to get a babysitter and/or a table at a restaurant.

Tickets are available here.

Starring Christine Marie Brown, Katherine Jett, Alyssa Kay, and Terry Edward Moore.  Directed by Daniel Wilson.

“Wonderfully ingenious!”  —Seattle P-I

“A dandy dose of romance!”—Misha Berson, Seattle Times

And if you should be so moved as to make a donation to support the production, may the Muses bless you!
